We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor to join our educational department.

• The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.

• To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing.

• Ultimately, a top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure.

• Maintain communication with the respective counselors.

• Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa applications.

• Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.

• Maintain records of the student`s documentation.

• Update the daily processing work activities.

• Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.

• Other duties as assigned.
