counseling experience, International Students Consultancy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the operations team's activities, including student information checks such as recommended programs, universities report, admission application progress.
∎ Proactively counsel clients regarding foreign education and migration processes to help them make informed decisions.
∎ Ensure smooth admission processes and timely completion of tasks
∎ Provide advice on applicable scholarships
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face
∎ Manage a portfolio of student accounts to foster long-term success and positive relationships.
∎ Communicate with higher education institutions on behalf of students
∎ Collaborate with the management and marketing teams
∎ improving sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Assist in improving customer service by providing continuous feedback and addressing queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0
∎ Must be Fluent in English and Bangla
∎ Professional Level experience on business email correspondence and computer literacy in Microsoft Office with good typing skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
