Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance & accounts operations, including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, IAS, and local standards.
- Capable to implement and handle Tally erp 9
- Monitor and update the day to day transactions in Tally ERP 9
- Ensure compliance with banking covenants, loan agreements, and treasury policies.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors for smooth audit processes.
- Provide financial advice, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses for investments and expansions.
- Drive process automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency and control.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance & accounts team for performance and accuracy.
- Build a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Promote knowledge sharing and professional development.
