Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer Operator, Embroidery Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Setting up and preparing embroidery machines file formation Image to Dst for operation.
∎ 2. Loading and positioning the fabric or material onto the machine.
∎ 3. Selecting the appropriate thread colors and ensuring proper tension.
∎ 4. Programming or inputting the desired design or pattern into the embroidery machine.
∎ 5. Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure proper stitching and quality.
∎ 6. Making adjustments as needed, such as thread changes, needle replacements, or tension adjustments.
∎ 7. Inspecting finished embroidery to ensure it meets quality standards.
∎ 8. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during operation.
∎ 9. Cleaning and maintaining embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
∎ 10. Basic understanding of computerized embroidery software for design input and machine control.
∎ 11. Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Higher Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Language proficiency: English , Hindi
∎ Ability to interpret and understand design specifications and instructions.
∎ Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues.
∎ Time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
∎ Good communication and teamwork skills, especially when working in a production environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
∎ Experience Requirements : At least 2-3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Swing operating line Including programming capability
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Knowledge of different embroidery techniques, stitches, and patterns.
