∎ Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and other 3D modeling tools
∎ Knowledge in specialized areas such as residential, commercial, or industrial architecture.
∎ Knowledge in specialized areas such as residential, commercial, or industrial architecture.
∎ Previous experience in architectural drafting, construction, or a similar field
∎ Expertise in RAJUK drawings.
∎ Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and other 3D modeling tools

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be expert in architectural construction drawings.
∎ Should be knowledgeable in approval drawings, schedule, BOQ and tender documents.
∎ Diagnose and resolve drawing conflicts and errors.
∎ Must have strong understanding in structural, electro-mechanical and other technical drawings.
∎ Site visits when necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Must be expert in architectural construction drawings.
