Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS (Preferably from any Govt. Institution)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory.
∎ Perform health checkup of newly recruited employees (workers and staffs) periodically.
∎ Ensuring proper periodic checkup of pregnant workers.
∎ Prescribe medicine and other advice to the attending patients.
∎ Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them nearby specialized Hospitals through factory Management.
∎ Making strategy to improve the female workers health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.
∎ Counseling with the workers about their health & safety related issues.
∎ Awareness meeting with workers for health related issue, different types of diseases, seasonal diseases, occupational injuries and so on.
∎ Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.
∎ Keep records of employees sickness, injuries or accidents with their analysis.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies & Garments.
∎ Experience in Garments factory is an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal ability.
∎ Good communication Skills.
