Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 50 years
  • DM: Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.

  • Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.

  • Senior Manager: Minimum 12 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.

  • Experience in plot, land share, township, condominium, or commercial property sales will be highly preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Good knowledge of real estate documentation and registration procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing concepts.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for plots, land shares, condominiums, and commercial units.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

  • Generate leads through corporate sales, digital marketing, referrals, and field marketing activities.

  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landowners, and corporate clients.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, booking status, installment collections, and customer follow-up.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and management presentations.

  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth customer service.

  • Ensure achievement of revenue and collection targets.
