Job Context:
∎ District Manager, AGNEE Project [Awareness, Actions, and Advocacy for Gender Equal and Safe Spaces for Women and Girls])
∎ Post Type : Full time
∎ Reporting to : Project Coordinator
∎ Project Duration : 3 years

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning:
∎ Prepare quarterly, half yearly and yearly work plan for activities, human resources, logistics support, etc.
∎ Prepare quarterly, half yearly and yearly budget for the project;
∎ Prepare supervision plan for the field level work.
∎ Implementation:
∎ Provide programmatic and technical inputs to the project staff and volunteers
∎ Implement and manage the project activities as per project proposal and plan
∎ Revise the work plan according to the need from the practical field
∎ Oversee awareness, mobilization, capacity building initiatives and other activities of the project
∎ Follow the HR and Financial Policy to implement all the programmes
∎ Manage the budget of each activity under the project
∎ Maintain a strong liaison with District Commissioners offices in Gazipur
∎ Coordination:
∎ Maintain coordination with local CSO regarding the project implementation
∎ Maintain liaison with GO, NGO, other concerned groups/forums/networks, relevant community people, institutions and direct stakeholders
∎ Maintain close working relationship with ASK
∎ Attend workshop, seminar, meeting assigned by ASK
∎ Reporting:
∎ Prepare quarterly, half-yearly and yearly progress report
∎ Prepare reports for NGO Affairs Bureau, DC Office as well as for ASK management and Executive Committee
∎ Prepare relevant meeting minutes, workshop report and circulate it to the relevant participants
∎ Dissemination of projects information to management and local partner
∎ Document and filing all sorts of project related information
∎ Administrative:
∎ Responsible for staff management, annual appraisal and leave
∎ Maintain petty cash and vouchers
∎ Purchase and supply relevant project materials
∎ Supervision and Monitoring:
∎ Provide supervision support to the field level project staff and day to day activities of the project
∎ Perform regular field visit
∎ Support M&E officer in preparing all progress reports
∎ Review monitoring findings and support ASK for necessary adjustment as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated experience in developing modules and competency-based training packages;
∎ Experience in conducting research and survey;
∎ Ability to develop ToRs, manage and supervise consultants;
∎ Excellent planning and organizational skills;
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision;
∎ Ability to work effectively across teams with inter cultural and inter disciplinary sensitivity;
∎ Proficiency in English, written communication and presentation skills;
∎ Experience in the area of NGO sector;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill;
∎ Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
∎ Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.
∎ Age limit: Age at most 30 years (Age may be considered for experienced candidate)
∎ Experience and skill:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in working with NGOs and at least 5 years of experience in working on the prevention, protection and referral on issued of sexual harassment (physical, sexual, verbal, cyber).

Salary:
∎ BDT 42,532/- other benefits will be as per organization`s policy
