Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The District Coordinator will recruit one District Recruiting Agent (Business Partner/Distributor/Dealer) and Ten Upozila Recruiting Agents (Business Partner /Distributor/Dealer) for work permit visa candidates for overseas jobs in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and objectives.
∎ The coordinator is also responsible for completing all recruitment processes on time and maintaining, monitoring, and supervising the district activities.
