∎ Chartered Accountant

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise on a wide range of business tax matters from compliance to planning
∎ Design, propose, and implement highly effective domestic and global tax planning strategies and lead client discussions on highly complex tax projects / transactions
∎ Lead processes and identify sustainable planning opportunities to assist clients mitigate risk, meet compliance obligations and realize business goals
∎ Provide leadership of process and resource management and take lead role in delivering global / local engagements
∎ Demonstrate Income Tax and VAT laws subject matter expertise and apply professional and industry guidance to advise clients
∎ Provide right solutions to clients based on extensive knowledge of current tax legislation, proposed / pending legislation, their implications, and understand interaction across the Global Tax and Legal function, specifically with their area of expertise
∎ Lead and manage Transfer Pricing (TP) practice

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years' work experience in finance, accounting and tax
∎ Extensive knowledge on local Income Tax and VAT laws to perform as a subject matter expert
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Preferred:
∎ Prior work experience with top international accounting and professional services firms / MNC / local conglomerate with experience of leading a tax practice / team
