∎ At least 12 (twelve) years working experience in relevant field of which at least 7 years at senior level in an reputed organization.
∎ Preference will be given who has work experience in private / public university.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, execute and control the activities of the Planning & Development Section.
∎ Prepare short, medium and long-term plan for the university in keeping harmony with the Mission and Vision of the University.
∎ Prepare the various programs, identify the strategies and get the approval of the Management of EUB.
∎ Help the university in selection of the contractors, suppliers, vendors etc. relating to all development activities of the University and monitor their activities under the overall guidance of EUB Authority.
∎ Design innovative programs and help implement those, specially in the new areas of expansion of the University.
∎ Design programs for employment generation for the poor/needy students of the University, opening of on-line marketing channel, Disposal & Treatment of waste of DCC, setting up and operation of Bio-Gas Plan and so on under the supervision of Registrar.
∎ You will have to supervise the activities of the staff of Planning & Development Section including maintenance staff (electrician, plumber, lift operator, pump operator etc.).
∎ Prepare plan, undertake studies and prepare reports on various issues like arranging safe road communication of students & staffs of EUB.
∎ Help the authority to procure and develop of land, construction of building, finishing, delivery etc.
∎ Represent the University within the campus and outside as and when required in relevant field.
∎ Help the academic programs of departments in running their various activities, Even Management, Decoration of class rooms, Auditoriums etc.
∎ Build up good relation with concern DCC and other agencies when required.
∎ Carry out other activities/ programs as and when required by the authority.
