Job Context:
∎ Primeasia University is seeking a Director/Deputy Director to lead its Admission Office. This is an opportunity to take a senior role in the leadership and management of the academic services and will be responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating recruitment strategies, processes, and admission activities for the University.
∎ This position includes planning, management, and coordination of processes, events, travel, and
∎ relationships with Colleges, Diploma institutes, Universities, Teachers, Coaches, Counselors, Parents, Alumni, Students, Volunteers and other stakeholders. The successful candidate must have substantial experience of operational management and team leadership in Higher Education; a proven leadership and management skills as well as technical and analytical skills are necessary to develop and lead a dynamic and enthusiastic admissions team.
∎ Location: Primeasia University, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, managing, evaluating, and executing admissions strategies to achieve both long and short-term enrollment goals.
∎ Developing workflows, dashboards, queries, reports, and maximizing the features and functions of Admission targets.
∎ Managing yearly updates and compiles data for the domestic and international applications.
∎ Training, developing and managing the admissions team for outreach, recruitment, application review, selection, and enrollment of the admission market specific to Primeasia University ensuring uniformity across the department.
∎ Planning, organizing, budgeting, assigning, and overseeing the cycle of virtual and on-ground travel, admission fairs, event coverage, and recruiting and yield events for admission.
∎ Setting weekly goals goals for the admissions staff, monitoring achievement and assessing the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.
∎ Developing a training and professional development plan for the admission team. Convening and leading regular staff meetings, maintaining a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence. Performing staff evaluations and annual reviews.
∎ Arranging College visit program to ensure effective opportunities for diverse populations of students throughout the country.
∎ Overseeing recruitment events and evaluate their effectiveness as a function of yield initiatives, recommending improvements based on visitor experience and feedback.
∎ Making recommendations regarding the website, social media and publications to promote Primeasia University.
∎ Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Marketing to develop the integrated communications plan to engage prospective students and parents through print, email, web, social media, texting and etc.
∎ Collaborating with the Colleges, Diploma institutes, Universities, and other organizations (Academics, Corporate, and Alumni, etc.) to facilitate recruitment efforts.
∎ Any other essential duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year (s)/ 06 year (s) at the Senior Management Level
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ For the position of Director (Admission): Minimum of 10 years' extensive admission experiences preferred as Deputy Director (Admission)/ or equivalent position in any reputed Public/Private University.
∎ For the position of Deputy Director (Admission): minimum of 06 years' extensive admission experiences preferred as Assistant Director (Admission) / or equivalent position in any reputed Public/Private University.
∎ Extensive experience in Education (Admissions).
∎ Sound understanding admissions requirements and procedures for local and international applicants; significant knowledge in scholarships, school funding, and financial aid application processes.
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret information and data statistics.
∎ Significant knowledge in sales and marketing skill may prove beneficial.
∎ The incumbent should have fluent communication and writing skill in both Bangla and English with excellent IT knowledge.
∎ Initiative and problem-solving skills.
