∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ সিনিয়র শিক্ষক: JLPT/NAT Test N3 পাশ বা সমমানের জাপানি ভাষার দক্ষতা (আবশ্যক)।
∎ সহকারী শিক্ষক: JLPT/NAT Test N4 পাশ বা সমমানের জাপানি ভাষার দক্ষতা (আবশ্যক)।
∎ জাপানি ভাষায় দৃঢ় যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা এবং কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের শিক্ষকতার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ দলগতভাবে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
∎ বাংলা ভাষায় দক্ষ জাপানি নাগরিক প্রার্থীদের বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ যারা জাপানে স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় অধ্যয়ন করেছেন এবং বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশে শিক্ষকতা করছেন, তাদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়েই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রতিদিন সকাল ৯টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত নির্ধারিত সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী জাপানি ভাষার ক্লাস পরিচালনা করা।
∎ শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে কোর্সের উদ্দেশ্য, লক্ষ্য ও উন্নয়ন পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে নিয়মিত আলোচনা করা।
∎ প্রতিদিনের পাঠদান কার্যক্রম এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের অগ্রগতি সংক্রান্ত তথ্য যথাযথভাবে রেকর্ড রাখা।
∎ স্কাইপ, জুম বা সরাসরি সাক্ষাৎকার পরীক্ষার জন্য শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ বাংলাদেশে অবস্থিত জাপানি দূতাবাস বা অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের আয়োজিত প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণে আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের সহযোগিতা করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত অন্যান্য শিক্ষাগত ও প্রশাসনিক দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
