∎ Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in O Level & A Level coordination in the same capacity at any reputed English medium school.
∎ Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in managing academic programs and coordinating with teachers, students, and parents.
∎ Familiarity with the Cambridge and Edexcel curricula.
∎ Commitment to promoting Islamic values in an educational environment.

∎ Coordinate the O Level & A Level academic programs across all branches.
∎ Ensure adherence to Cambridge/Edexcel curriculum standards.
∎ Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance for effective teaching methodologies.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance students’ academic performance.
∎ Organize and oversee internal and external exams (Mock, IGCSE, IAS, IAL, etc.).
∎ Maintain communication between teachers, parents, and administration.
∎ Provide academic counseling and support to students.
∎ Prepare reports and analysis of student progress.
∎ Arrange professional development programs for teachers.
∎ Ensure alignment of Islamic values and principles within the curriculum.
