    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management any Reputed University.
  • FCA/ACA
  • If ACA minimum 2 Years of Post Qualification experience.

  • In depth knowledge in IAS, IFRS, ISA, Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Bank Company Act, MRA and other applicable laws and regulations as required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to write high-quality reports independently.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and overall supervision of the firm`s activities under a partner, as well as the development of the firm`s business development strategy.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the firm, including reviewing works performed by staff and providing guidelines to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Manage and mentor Senior Managers and Managers including reviewing their performance, providing guidance, training, and support to help them develop their competence and improve their quality of work.

  • Review and ensure the quality and standards of Auditor’s Reports, Valuation Reports, Tax Planning and Other Reports prepared by staff.

  • Communicate with prospective clients to acquire clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to meet their needs and expectations.

  • Attend meetings with clients as required.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to ensure the firm is well-positioned for success.

  • Communicate with regulators and attend hearings to address queries including attending hearings to tax authorities, Financial Reporting Council and other authorities.

  • Perform any other activities required by the Partner in service of the firm.
