• Diploma in Nursing
• Diploma in Nursing in Diploma/MATS

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

• Age 18 to 30 years

Patient Care & Support

• Assist doctors during OPD, IVF, IUI, ET, OPU and minor procedures

• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to fertility patients

• Maintain patient comfort, privacy and dignity at all times

Clinical & Procedure Assistance

• Prepare OT/Procedure room for IVF-related procedures

• Assist during Oocyte Pick-Up (OPU), Embryo Transfer (ET), IUI, TESA/PESA

• Maintain sterile environment and follow infection control protocols

• Handle and maintain IVF instruments and consumables properly

Medication & Injection Management

• Prepare and administer injections as per doctor’s instructions

• Educate patients about self-injection techniques and medication schedules

• Maintain accurate medication records

• Monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions

Patient Counseling & Coordination

• Guide patients regarding treatment steps, schedules and follow-ups

• Coordinate with consultants, embryology lab and patient coordinators

• Ensure proper communication between patients and doctors

Documentation & Records

• Maintain patient files, consent forms and nursing notes

• Ensure accurate and confidential record keeping

• Assist in updating treatment charts and reports

OT & Infection Control

• Follow sterilization and infection prevention protocols strictly

• Assist in cleaning and preparation of OT and procedure areas

• Ensure proper biomedical waste management

Emergency & Safety

• Assist in managing medical emergencies

• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities immediately

• Ensure patient safety during procedures and recovery

Professional Conduct

• Maintain ethical and professional behavior

• Follow hospital policies, duty roster and discipline

• Work as a team member with doctors, lab staff, and management
