Job Context:
∎ A Dim Sum Chef is responsible for the oversight of all culinary dishes that are prepared in their section. Because of this, a successful Dim Sum Chef must be very knowledgeable about their specialty, as well as culinary functions in general.
∎ Reporting To: Direct/ Indirect- CEO
∎ Take Report Of: Executive Chef
∎ Department: F&B Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set benchmark standard to be the best in Hospitality Industry, food production and presentation;
∎ Taste food product daily, prior the service, to judge the quality and over all consistency and inform for any shortage; and
∎ Need to seek suitable alternative to high-cost items to ensure price, value, perception and profitability.
∎ Placing reduction strategies based on the situation.
∎ Process development/ amendment following to wastage minimization.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Cost, New Menu
∎ Skills: Creative Dim Sum Preparing Idea.
∎ Personal Qualities: Positive personality, ability to work under pressure and punctual, Proactive.
∎ Has solid Dim Sum knowledge and cooking skills.
