∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop innovative digital marketing strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying customers and determining their current and future needs, and monitoring competitors.
∎ Reach out to local and international customers through multiple marketing channels
∎ Plan, Generate and Meet Sales Target (B2B) monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly and submit reports accordingly.
∎ Plan and development of outsourcing/ BPO business through digital marketing in market place (like Upwork, Fiverr, freelancer, etc.).
∎ Work with software development team lead to find the gap between required skills vs existing skill.
∎ Drive One ICT to build professional digital marketing services providers in Bangladesh and international market with a professional team with capacity building.
∎ Generate monthly minimum three new innovative business development ideas with high level plan to support company sales and growth.
∎ Improve search ranking and ensure our website, facebook page & group, LinkedIn and other social and professional networking platform get more engagements.
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Prioritize our portfolio to small and medium business.
∎ Design, build innovative infographic/video contents and maintain strong social media presence.
∎ Oversee paid media advertising campaigns (when needed) on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Stay updated with the popular local and international IT, digital marketing group.
∎ Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
∎ Create a digital marketing platform for other organizations and generate revenue.
∎ Promote One ICT and its products to attract international clients.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Digital Marketing, SEO.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Digital Marketing, SEO.
∎ Skills Required: SEO and Digital Marketing.
∎ Should have at least 2years experience.
