∎ Strong presentation and reporting skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill (both in verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and design different communication materials and content for digital media platforms.
∎ Implement and manage company's digital media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and update the company website as per need.
∎ Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent content presence across all digital platforms, aligning it with marketing campaigns, special events, and program promotions in accordance with campaign schedules.
∎ Enhance SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search results and increase visibility.
∎ Stay updated on the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices.
∎ Responding to queries on digital media platforms.
∎ Writing and producing press releases, articles and social media posts.
∎ Prepare and submit Public Relations related reports (Notes, Bills, Work orders etc.).
∎ Suggest and implement innovative features to enhance online presence.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by Management.
