Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing, growth, and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cultivate and maintain partnerships with media vendors and agencies
∎ Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence across all digital channels
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In etc.)
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)
∎ Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
∎ Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
∎ Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
∎ Utilize strong analytical data-driven ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
∎ Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
∎ Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
∎ Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
∎ Maintaining our social media presence Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
∎ Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the client

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
∎ Experience with setting up and optimizing social media, in Google Adwords and email campaigns
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ Demonstrable skills and experience in creative content writing
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong analytical, data-driven thinking and project management skills
∎ Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to the experiences
