Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & Google.
Create visually appealing content: graphics, videos, reels, ad copies.
Manage brand pages and ensure consistent content across all platforms.
Perform on-page & off-page SEO to improve website ranking.
Keyword research, backlink building, content optimization.
Manage website updates, landing pages & blog content with SEO guidelines.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
Track website and campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM Tracking.
Create weekly & monthly performance reports: leads, conversion rates, CTR, CPC, ROI.
Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Work closely with the counseling and creative teams to ensure high-quality leads.
Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets.
Qualifications
Expertise in Social Media Marketing and lead generation
Proven skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing
Professional knowledge of Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making
🎯 Requirements
Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Website Management.
Skilled in Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / CapCut.
Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior & lead funnels.
Ability to write attractive content (Bangla & English).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; skilled freshers may apply.
Proactive, creative, and able to work under deadlines.
