Experience:
1.Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation
2.Good understanding of customer behavior, market demand, and audience segmentation
3.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing
4.Experience in lead funnel creation, landing pages, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
5.Strong copy sense for ad messaging and campaign communication
6.Commercially smart with practical business understanding
7.Wordpress website design & Customization skills is a Plus
8.Data-driven and performance-focused mindset
9.Good communication and reporting skill
10.Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Email, and WhatsApp
Create and manage paid campaigns focused on lead generation, course enrollment, and corporate training inquiries
Optimize ad performance through targeting, A/B testing, remarketing, and budget control
Manage SEO, website traffic, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Monitor and improve campaign CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualified leads for training programs, workshops, and corporate courses
Build and optimize lead funnels from awareness to inquiry to enrollment
Develop lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns
Coordinate with sales/admission team to improve lead follow-up and conversion quality
Track lead sources, lead quality, and conversion performance
Market Research & Commercial Insight
Understand market demand for professional training courses in Tax, VAT, Customs, Finance, and Import-export Trade
Identify audience segments, industry demand, and learner behavior
Analyze competitors, course demand, and pricing trends
Suggest commercially viable campaign ideas based on market need
Support management with practical marketing insights and growth recommendations
Content & Brand Growth
Work with internal team to develop campaign content, ad copies, reels, creative and promotional messaging
Build CAPE’s digital brand presence across social and professional platforms
Help position CAPE as a premium professional learning brand
Support webinar, seminar, and event promotion campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report weekly performance on leads, reach, engagement, CPL, CAC, and conversion
Prepare actionable marketing reports with recommendations
Use data to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition cost
