Job Context:
∎ Developing and overseeing all aspects of the digital & social media marketing including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
∎ Developing and monitoring campaign budgets as per the campaign plans devised by the team.
∎ Managing and maintaining social media platforms.
∎ Ensuring smooth and timely execution of digital campaigns and generate accurate reports on the digital & social media campaign’s overall performance.
∎ Coordinating with agency and media vendors to improve marketing results.
∎ Evaluating important metrics that affect website/App traffic, target audience.
∎ Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
∎ Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ To coordinate with internal stakeholder (IT, Customer Care, Digital Business) and needs to disseminate required campaign information to ensure synergy between cross functional teams.
