∎ Hawk Eye Digital Limited is going to be the only conversion-led digital marketing agency in Bangladesh, catering to the needs of the modern era by providing result oriented data-led digital marketing solutions. As part of this business expansion, we are seeking applications for the following vacancy:
∎ Role Objective:
∎ The Digital Designer is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, banner ads, motion graphics and animations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates
∎ Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs
∎ Work with internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics that also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
∎ Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative
∎ Work with Creative Manger to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
∎ Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning
∎ Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
∎ Generate high-quality graphics and basic computer animations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 Years Experience (in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Animation & Related field)
∎ Visualization Skills and ability to convert the creative ideas into effective designs
∎ Excellent knowledge on Photoshop, Illustrator and After effects/or other relevant softwares
∎ Experience in web marketing/web designing with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design & development principles
∎ Experience in designing E-Commerce websites or advertising
∎ Able to present concepts & lead internal teams to the correct solution.
∎ Strong multitasking skills
∎ Art & Sketch skills be considered as added advantage
∎ Motion Graphics and animation skills will add bonus points
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Accuracy and attention to details
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English
Salary:
∎ Emolument: Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
