Experience Requirements:

Spinning, Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast demand and plan accordingly.
∎ Sound knowledge about National & International Trade Policies.
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and ensure good quality product supply with the market's lowest price.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
∎ Coordinate with stores, users and follow up on material flow on time.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
∎ Analysis of the data and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure product availability on time.
∎ Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time.
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
∎ Team Management

∎ Any other duties assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of warehousing and dispatch operations and all the legal compliances related to dispatch, commercial intricacies. Effective organization and communication skills for obtaining the desired results.
∎ Excellent Commercial skills and understanding of statutory requirements
∎ Warehousing and stock ownership
∎ Return management and customer service oriented
∎ Invoicing as per daily dispatch plan
∎ Managing logistics and monitoring lorry movement
∎ Logistics market intelligence
