∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must be proficient in English language skills and computer applications. Educational qualifications may be relaxed in case of vast experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Communication skill, Computer skill, Excellent communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep liaison with the Ministry of Education & other Ministries
∎ Maintaining Liaison with University Grants Commission (UGC)
∎ Contact with the Trustees.
∎ Arrange meeting of the Trustee Board
∎ Arrange for timely Coordination Meeting
∎ Maintain and update university policies and documentation.
∎ Coordinate Recruitment & Selection process.
∎ Arrange Orientation, attachment and familiarization programs for newly appointed employees.
∎ To supervise all printing works of the University
∎ Coordinate payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, increments, leave etc).
∎ To prepare and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ Conduct training, counseling, performance appraisal and grievance handling of personnel.
∎ Collecting requirement of various departments and inviting of quotations from different sources and market survey report, preparing comparative statements, obtaining approvals and issue work order.
∎ Making enlistment of suppliers.
∎ Issue of materials against proper requisition.
∎ Outstanding bills and balance to be reconciled in every month.
∎ Responsible for day to day operational activities such as delivery follow up, daily stock monitoring etc.
∎ Carry out responsibilities as decided by top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ For Deputy Registrar 10 years working experience in administrative job and for Assistant Registrar 03 years or more working experience in any private university
Salary: Negotiable
