Responsibilities & Context:
To manage and ensure compliance with VAT & Tax laws as per regulations authority.
To prepare, review, and submit VAT returns, Tax returns, withholding tax statements, and related documents within deadlines.
To handle VAT online system (Mushak) including Mushak-9.1, 9.2, 6.3, 6.10, etc.
To maintain proper records and documentation for VAT & Tax audits.
To coordinate with VAT Circle, Tax Circle, and other regulatory authorities.
To ensure and deposit advance tax, withholding tax, and VAT accurately.
To support statutory audits and respond to queries from auditors and authorities.
To ensure update on changes in VAT & Tax laws and assess business impact.
To provide guidance regarding VAT & Tax compliance.
