∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Partly Qualified from ICAB,Partly Qualified from ICMAB,ACCA
∎ Training/Trade Course: Treasury management,,Taxation
∎ Skills Required: Financial Reporting, Forecasting, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking, Commercial/ Export-Import, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Treasury Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Trading or Export/Import, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.
∎ To ensure loan and credit facilities arrangement, including term loan, project finance, trade finance and factoring.
∎ To ensure good liaison with bankers, Investors, financial and legal advisors
∎ To Prepare and arrangement documents, letters, and various reports as per bank requirements.
∎ To correspondent with banks for loan disbursement, loan repayment, advice collection, certificate, and any other finance-related support regularly.
∎ To prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly fund flow management and fund projection for smooth operation.
∎ To prepare RTGS, fund transfer letter, and entry all types of Bank transaction.
∎ To be responsible for sanction, renewal, enhancement, and rate updating of Banks.
∎ To be responsible for all import and export payment follow-up and correspondence with the respective parties when required.
∎ To calculate individual loan interest at maturity, quarterly for USD & BDT loans repayment within due date.
∎ To prepare monthly composite group liability position and monthly working capital assessment.
∎ To work for USD encashment into our FC Held Accounts.
∎ Prepare Various reports as per management requirements.
∎ Control all-LC costing for imported raw materials.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax, and desired accounting methods.
∎ Responsible for contacting suppliers regarding agreement terms, and payments.
