Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting or Finance from reputed university. Article ship completed from a reputed firm or minimum 800 marks completed ICMA candidate will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Softwear, Inventory management, SCM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates Inventory demand, reorder level, shipments status and timely adequate supply of materials to improve inventory control procedures.
∎ Analyzes daily transactions and reports for reducing excess inventory by clearing wastage items, review and ensuring effective usability of Non-moving and Slow-moving items to ensure optimum Inventory Level & to minimize Inventory Holding Costs. Ensuring Inventory Accuracy and Housekeeping Standards (6S).
∎ Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
∎ Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to Head of Inventory.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
∎ Ensuring efficient inventory workforce distribution for timely materials receiving, proper storing, delivering and skill development of fellow associates to meet business goals.
∎ Coordination with related departments/sections to ensure smooth support to Production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 28 years.
∎ Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
∎ Have vast knowledge on Inventory transactions related accounts.
∎ Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
∎ Relevant qualifications (e.g. CPIM) will be an added advantage.
∎ Fluency in English and sound communicating skill are demanding.
∎ Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
∎ Must be self-oriented and hard working.
