Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities / Input
∎ Manages and increases the effectiveness & efficiency of the Distribution Operations through leading the downline Operational activity & coordination between the business functions/teams & other stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring accountability and business excellence through identifying the problems on regular operations activities and report to the management within specified time schedule
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between departments/divisions through communication for successful completions of commercial projects or operational support arrangements.
∎ Actively Participate on development & implementations including operational impact analysis, requirements gathering, prepare and oversee documentation preparation to ensure compliance requirements & business interest.
∎ To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation
∎ Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships both Commercial and other stakeholders to ensure on time support for merchant business
∎ Oversee day-to-day Operations, design strategy & set goals for downline employees and develop them professionally to ensure operational excellence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ Basic Qualification:
∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed University
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
∎ Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, with organizational skills, and strong decision-making ability to analyst operational challenges and provide direction toward resolution.
∎ Knowledge of the payment industry and authorization processing preferred
∎ Ability to build cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Sales & Distribution
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Understanding of local and global digital payment eco system.
