∎ Minimum 10 years of Experience in Accounts Department in any reputed manufacturing industry/business organization/Bank/Financial Institution in equivalent position.
∎ Candidate should have skills & expertise on accounting and finance, banking, Tax & VAT issue, ERP software operation & handling.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge & experience of daily cash transaction, voucher, cash sheet, ledger posting, Trial Balance & also experience to prepare profit & loss account and Balance Sheet.
∎ Candidate to posses hand on expertise in handling managerial task and sub-ordinate with excellent communication skills, creating coducive working environment to achieve. company objective.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ISO 9001:2015 certified - A leading wires & cables manufacturing company in Bangladesh BRB CABLE INDUSTRIES LIMITED invites applications from smart, young, Energetic & Good health Bangladeshi nationals for recruitment of the following post. Required qualification & experience are described below:
∎ Work place: The position required to work in Head Office of the company at Kushtia. The selected candidates required to stay in Kushtia with family.
∎ Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
∎ Oversee the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables' Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Maintain & Monitoring daily collection, payment, sales and purchases, inventory related records to Tally Software properly. Input all kinds of Journal entry in International Standard ERP Software. Make proper provision of expenses and maintain monthly accrual expenses and generate report accordingly.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and projections to the senior management team.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
∎ Audit: Coordinate and manage external and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Prepare all sorts of tax & VAT related documents, submit withholding tax & VAT return and any kinds of documents related to Tax & VAT. Visit RJSC, City Municipality/Corporation, Tax, VAT office etc. whenever necessary.
∎ Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support organizational goals and growth.
∎ Cost Control: Monitor and control expenditures to optimize financial performance.
∎ To submit the report to the departmental head from time to time. To keep updated with the new BRPD Circular with Bangladesh Bank. Any special task provides by management.
∎ Maintain effective communication with top Management including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure Bank LC at site/UPAS/TT related activities by preparing proper documents. Follow up the customers is needed to open direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue.
