Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure accuracy & proper functioning of different financial information systems;
∎ Ensure budgetary control for the Group as a whole and recommend for cost minimization & benefit optimization;
∎ Ensure proper monthly closing and review monthly accounts & reconciliations of different companies under the group and giving accounting & financial highlights & analysis to the managements;
∎ Review and supervise functions of group costing section;
∎ Work for modification/ customization of SAP S4/HANA to meet current users need;
∎ Development/ modification of different financial & operational Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and processes of the Group;
∎ Work with external consultants and/or auditors for statutory audit, valuation, feasibility studies and other management report;
∎ Work with finance section regarding local fund & facilities and day-to-day banking & treasury relationship;
∎ Work for getting foreign fund & facilities in different forms such as working capital, project finance, CAPEX, insurance (cargo, credit, property, etc.) etc. from different foreign sources like export credit agencies (ECAs), insurance companies, issuance of bond, sukuk, share capital, etc. and intermediaries under the supervision of top management;
∎ Maintain relationship with existing foreign business partners and meet their information requirement;
∎ Preparation of projected separate and consolidated financial statements of the companies of the group, work for feasibility studies, provide different information to the respective stakeholders related to fund & facilities;
∎ Work with other companies/ departments of the Group to achieve the goals and objectives of the Group;
∎ Any other activities as instructed by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 47 years
∎ Reasonable experience in working in SAP/ SAP Implementation;
∎ More than 7 years’ experience in manager and/ or above roles in reputed company(s) under manufacturing sector (preferably related to above mentioned job responsibilities);
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Industry preference: manufacturing;
∎ Very sound knowledge & skill in working in ERP environment, MS Office and different software application;
∎ Leadership Skills & team player, ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
