Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidates should be able to work with highly confidential documents and serve as the custodian of sensitive records.
- Maintain Students Software and update time to time when it is required (e.g. Database update, Student module, advising module, result module and UMIS module).
- Database Backup/Publication of Results.
- Academic matters related activities.
- Implementation of Student Scholarship.
- Issue of Studentship certificates and Transcripts. The candidate must be punctual, creative, hardworking and sincere.
- Assign any other job by the authority.
