Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Honors / Bachelors / Master degree from recognized university, preferably in Commerce / Business Studies. An MBA / Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be a value addition

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning function
∎ Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales and Marketing team to obtain updated market information and ensure that current and accurate information is utilized for demand forecasts
∎ Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast accuracy
∎ Analyze and plan material requirements by using the demand, lead time and safety stock to ensure optimal inventory levels
∎ Interact with internal customers to ensure requirements are timely met
∎ Facilitate to develop and implement SOP / Demand Management Plan with business leaders
∎ Maintain appropriate records / documentation and prepare reports for management as well as Sales team
∎ Responsible for overseeing Inventory Turnover and Control, Stock Count, Cycle Counting, Material Movement and Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis
∎ Analyze and maintain Stock Re-order Level / Safety Stock
∎ Analyze the value chain and implement process improvement across the Inventory function
∎ Suggest strategic solutions to drive the growth and profitability of the company by optimizing inventory
∎ Provide input to the Supply Chain team to develop inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have minimum 03 to 05 (three to five) years of relevant experience in similar industry
∎ Demand Analysis and Forecast Management
∎ Statistical Data Analysis
∎ Efficient utilization of various Forecasting Tools and Methods
∎ Material Movement and Stock Management
∎ Critical analysis of customers' purchase behavior
∎ Effective Reporting
∎ Well conversant in English & Bangla
∎ Work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Have patience and good negotiation capability
∎ Have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Pro-active, friendly, smart & hard-working
∎ Well organized in managing multiple tasks & maintaining deadlines
