Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pick up and deliver products from warehouses or depots to retail stores, restaurants, or other designated locations.
∎ Load and unload goods with care, adhering to safe lifting procedures and weight limitations.
∎ Verify product quantities and condition upon delivery, obtaining customer signatures as needed.
∎ Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays promptly to ensure timely problem resolution.
∎ Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
∎ Represent the company professionally by interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
∎ May assist with stocking shelves or arranging products at customer locations (depending on specific requirements).
