∎ Job Location: Gulshan, Mirpur, Mugdha, Dhanmondi, Uttara

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing delivery services to customers at houses, apartments, and businesses in a safe and timely manner
∎ Planning the route to different locations in accordance with the specific schedule and ensure fast delivery of the product
∎ Following all the traffic rules, regulations and safety precautions while operating the delivery vehicles
∎ Lifting, carrying, and delivering packages
∎ Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
∎ Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
∎ Accepting payments for delivered items
∎ Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers
∎ Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
∎ Establishing and maintaining outstanding relations with customers
∎ Reviewing and verifying invoices with the payable amount with customers
∎ Contacting customers to confirm delivery details
∎ Maintaining delivery logs and records
∎ Ability to use GPS to navigate delivery destinations
∎ Managing up to 20+ or fewer delivery stops each day
∎ Completing deliveries within a given time frame (goal) each day
∎ Using android technology and delivery applications during their delivery activities
∎ Communicating with customers and administrative operation staffs effectively
∎ Assisting other drivers to deliver packages
