• টেন্ডার সংক্রান্ত কম্পিউটারের কাজ জানা থাকতে হবে। (’কম্পিউটার অপারেটর’ পদের জন্য)
• টেন্ডার (ই-জিপি/ম্যানুয়্যাল) সাবমিশন, প্রসেস সংক্রান্ত সকল কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে (’টেন্ডার এক্সিকিউটিভ কাম কম্পিউটার’ অপারেটর পদের জন্য)
• এম.এস অফিস (এম.এস ওয়ার্ড, এক্সেল, পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট এবং অন্যান্য) সম্পর্কে এডভান্স লেভেলের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• বিজয়ের মাধ্যমে বাংলা এবং ইংরেজী উভয় ভাষায় দ্রুত গতিতে ও বিশুদ্ধ কম্পিউটার টাইপিং দক্ষতা। 
• অফিসিয়াল মেইল এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং বিষয়ে পারদর্শিতা থাকতে হবে।
• এডবি ফটোশপ ও ইলাস্ট্রেটর এর কাজ জানা থাকতে হবে।
• কম্পিউটার এর বেসিক হার্ডওয়ার সংক্রান্ত কার্য (কম্পিউটার সেট-আপ, প্রিন্টার সেট আপ, ইন্টারনেট ইত্যাদি ট্রাবলশুটিং) সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
• এসকল কাজের যথোপযুক্ত অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে, যা লিখিত, প্যাকটিক্যাল ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় প্রমাণ করতে হবে।
