Education:

• HSC

• At least Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent course certificate from recognized Institutions

• Medical knowledge- Preference will be given who has been experienced and skilled in medical data entry system.

• Technical expertise- ability to work with a wide range of technological equipment, computer operating skills, use to various data entry tools, which requires sound technical knowledge in statistical management of hospital data.

• Experience Requirement:

• At least one year experience in data entry in manual recording system in hard copies as well as computerized health information management system.

• Knowledge and understanding of computerized information systems and experience of working in public health sector in humanitarian crisis will be an added advantage.

• Previous work in Government health system will add value to the position.

• Working experience in Cox’s Bazar district and/or knowledge of the Undocumented Myanmar Nationals and Rohingya refugees will be a plus.

• Data entry for all ED patients visit.

• Compiles data for census records.

• Generating daily, monthly and yearly reports with statistics of daily, weekly, monthly ED visits, admissions, DAMA, and Death.

• To provide cross work cover and support as necessary and to undertake specific project work as directed by the Head of the ED and /or Deputy Head of ED.

• Running BCC program for Behavioural change.

• Maintaining highest level of professional ethics in ED and service.

• Playing active role in proper waste management

• Any other assignment / duty given by the higher authority
