Key Responsibilities

Data Input:

• Transcribing, typing, or uploading large volumes of data from sources like paper documents, audio, or other digital files into computer databases and spreadsheets. 

Data Verification:

• Reviewing entered data for accuracy and completeness, comparing it with original documents to identify and correct errors or discrepancies. 

Record Maintenance:

• Updating and maintaining databases, records, and files with new information, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. 

File Management:

• Organizing and filing physical and digital records to maintain a clear and efficient system. 

Report Generation:

• Summarizing and extracting data to create reports for management and other employees. 

Confidentiality:

• Protecting sensitive client and company information by adhering to security and confidentiality standards.
