∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry Operator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Data Entry Operator, Customer Support Executive, Call Center, and Computer Operator.
∎ Communication skills that allows to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
∎ Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
∎ Problem handling/solving skills.
∎ Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants.
∎ Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies.
∎ Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face.
∎ A commitment to improve customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English writing and speaking.

∎ Data Entry Operator make sure that the needs of their customers are being satisfied. Her aim is to provide excellent Data Entry Operator and to promote this idea throughout the organization.
