Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
∎ Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
∎ Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
∎ Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
∎ Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
∎ Monitor, organize and forward emails.
∎ Track and order office equipment and supplies.
∎ Maintain records and files.
∎ Oversee the office budget.
∎ A packing list should be prepared.
∎ The delivery and Sending Goods books should be registered in the Register book.
∎ The packing list and hold parcel and the due parcel must be entered into an Excel sheet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
