Responsibilities & Context:
Enter previous/historical sales, accounts, and delivery data (1st July 2025 to till date) into the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite or other systems).
Maintain customer and pricing data accurately
Verify sales documents against physical hard copies with the legacy system
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams & support month-end sales reporting
Check with clear pricing, discounts, VAT, and tax information
Cross-check data with: Physical documents, Excel files, Legacy software reports
Identify and report data inconsistencies or missing information
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and IT/ERP teams
Follow company SOPs and data confidentiality rules
