Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
∎ Verifying current data and obtaining missing data.
∎ Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.
∎ Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
∎ Apply data program techniques and procedures.
∎ Prepare the backup of all the data and information.
∎ Make reports and prepare data in a useful manner.
∎ Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
∎ Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.
∎ Keep information confidential.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets).
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
∎ Basic knowledge of furniture design and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
