Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately input customer and account data from source documents into relevant databases within established time limits.
∎ Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and ensure data integrity.
∎ Maintain and update databases, ensuring timely backups and data preservation.
∎ Collaborate with co-workers and DG Food authorities to ensure seamless data flow and process adherence.
∎ Participate in various meetings and training sessions to stay updated on system and process changes.
∎ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to relay information and gather necessary data.
∎ Provide training and guidance to end-users, such as dealers, millers, contractors, and farmers, on system usage and data entry procedures.
∎ Assist in the onboarding of new handholding resources, ensuring they are well-versed in data entry protocols and system functionalities.
∎ Prepare and submit various reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Maintain organized records of all data entry activities, support logs, and issue resolutions.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of processes, standards, and practices for future reference.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support LSD operations and data management.
