Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Diploma in Computer, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Associate degree (or other 2-year degree) in data processing technology or a related field
∎ Data center experience
∎ Experience in an information technology environment
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excell

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mircosot Word
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides data by operating a computer.
∎ Determines sequence of operations by studying priority .
∎ Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes.
∎ Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer.
∎ Makes appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed.
∎ Monitors and manipulates daily system jobs.
∎ Generates reports from batch jobs and distributes to end-users.
∎ Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests.
∎ Troubleshoots malfunctions.
∎ Responds to incoming telephone calls, email, and voice mail inquiries from internal customers and external customers regarding customer service
∎ Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

∎ Age at most 35 years
