Responsibilities & Context:
• Identify and generate high-quality leads from the USA market based on target criteria
• Collect and verify accurate data including name, phone number, email, and address
• Conduct online research using platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other directories
• Build and maintain organized lead lists using Excel or Google Sheets
• Perform data cleaning and ensure all information is valid and up to date
• Support real estate lead generation activities (buyers, sellers, renters, property owners)
• Follow instructions and meet daily/weekly lead generation targets
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
• Collaborate with the team to improve lead quality and workflow efficiency
• Submit daily or weekly progress reports to the management
