Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fill out and submit online job applications for our graduates using their resumes and profiles
∎ Help match students with relevant job openings based on their location and preferences
∎ Track submitted applications in spreadsheets and update student status
∎ Communicate with the team to stay organized and on deadline
∎ Follow a structured system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
∎ Detail-oriented and dependable
∎ Fast and accurate typer with strong computer skills
∎ Able to follow instructions and repeat tasks consistently
∎ Strong written communication skills
∎ Prior experience in admin or data entry is a plus but not required
