Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled Computer Operator & MS Excel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel and capable of handling various computer operations and data management tasks. This role involves ensuring accurate data entry, managing spreadsheets, and supporting the office with essential administrative functions.
∎ Preference will be given to those who know or have been trained in E-GP / Tender Submission.
∎ Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in maintaining records.
∎ Manage and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel, including creating reports, analyzing data, and utilizing advanced Excel functions.
∎ Support the office with general computer operations, including file management, correspondence, and document preparation.
∎ Assist in managing office records, including inventory and financial documentation.
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations.
∎ Identify and implement improvements in data management and office processes.
∎ Provide technical support to staff for basic computer-related issues.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
