Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Nutrition team and partners in Maintain WV CMAM database and report it daily, weekly and monthly basis, record keeping and maintaining the data base.
∎ Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development, assessment, forms, format and tools development for collection of data and information
∎ Maintain/administer the project monitoring and evaluation system
∎ Include centre base all information related to CMAM interventions and update it periodically.
∎ After entry of the data the hard copies will be returned to the respective teams. Based on Register book and growth monitor system, it will be intervened.
∎ Ensure that the other team members, partners and communities are appraised and familiar with the objective and purpose of the project and its planned interventions
∎ Provide quality assurance support in relation to monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment reports
∎ Participate in the development of project operational plans
∎ Operate and maintain WV CMAMs database:
∎ To enter the raw data that comes from the field beneficiary listing process and input it into database.
∎ Data entry of all forms by collecting data from BSFP and TSFP.
∎ Data cleaning as from all the errors
∎ Data accuracy and proper data presentation
∎ Database creation and management
∎ To back up the date for data safety and protection:
∎ On time data sharing with concerned personals
∎ To file all the documents and maintain a proper filing system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must have experience on MS Word, Ms Excel.
∎ Have experience in overall project management
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly good command of spoken and written English
∎ Ability to work with children and communities, and to use the outcomes of monitoring systems to learn lessons and improve performance
∎ Understanding and experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis and the application of these methods to project design, monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building in a participatory context
∎ Proven capacity of management, leadership and teamwork
∎ Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be respectful, kind, sensitive and empathise with all beneficiaries and their carers
∎ Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions
∎ Demonstrable ability of report writing
∎ Analytical, negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
∎ Ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay in the field
∎ Computer literate
∎ Previous experience of working with humanitarian agencies
∎ Commitment to and understanding of World vision's aims, values and principles

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
