We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products.Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our Nikunja-2 Dhaka, Bangladesh office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confirming orders, following up on undelivered orders, arranging re-deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication with both customers and courier services.Key Responsibilities:Confirm customer orders and ensure accuracy in order details.Follow up on undelivered orders by contacting customers via phone calls.
∎ Coordinate with courier services and customers to rearrange deliveries.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses using Google Sheets.Send professional and timely emails to customers and couriers as needed.Provide exemplary customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Newness Fashion Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
